The quality policy of SMART TECH is to provide products and services that comply with and satisfy all requirement specifications and needs of its customers, considering that the internal implemented procedures and materials selection techniques ensure the conformity of the products and services to the contractual and agreed customers’ requirements. To achieve the above-mentioned goals the company, is committed to:

• Work closely with our customer to ensure providing products and services of the paramount achievable standards, to satisfy the customer needs, and to exceed their expectations in Quality, Safety, Reliability and Service.
• Develop organizational excellence and quality awareness through innovative process improvements, effectual trainings, regular measurements and development of customer and employee satisfaction programs.
• Employ the concept of Total Quality Management throughout the organization by ensuring that the management, employees, production units, amenities, processes and suppliers; all comply with the established quality standards and developed procedures.
• Setup and implement a separate directive for ensuring that the organizational quality is maintained through regular internal and external audits. These policy principles establish duties and responsibilities for the planning and implementation of a quality management system.
• To achieve this SMART TECH is working quality system to meet the latest requirements of the customers. By setting, implementing, and continuously monitoring quality objectives, and through adopting and implementing a quality management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
